I was actually happy that the snacks and drinks weren’t outrageously priced, especially for a waterpark. The lines at the food stands were a little slow when it got busy, which was kind of annoying. But overall, the prices felt fair and we were able to grab what we wanted without feeling totally ripped off

We took our two kids here and had a really nice time. It was easy to get around, and there was literally something for both our younger one and our older one, which is always a win because that can be hard to find.
The staff were friendly whenever we needed a hand, and the kids did not want to leave by the end. It was definitely busy, but it still felt really family friendly. We would absolutely go back again.

We booked this place for my son’s birthday with a big group, and the kids had a great time on the slides. The staff did help us out and most of the party went smoothly. That said, there were a couple of hiccups that could’ve been handled better, and I was expecting at least a quick apology. Overall it was a fun spot, but that part stuck with me.

I was expecting typical waterpark food, but it was actually good. The fries were hot hot, the pizza tasted fresh, and the kids ate everything without a single complaint, which is always a win. Prices were okay too, not bad at all for a place like this.

I expected the washrooms to be kind of rough since the place was so busy, but they were actually really well kept. The floors looked fine, the sinks had soap, and nothing had that neglected feeling you sometimes get in crowded places.

From what I could tell, the staff were checking on them regularly, and I really appreciated that. When you’re there with kids, clean washrooms make a bigger difference than people think. Easy 5 stars from me.

Took my kids last weekend, and I’ll be honest, I don’t usually buy into all the polished “family friendly and spotless” stuff places say about themselves. But this one actually was cleaner than I expected, especially with how packed it was.
The bathrooms seemed like they were being checked often, the floors weren’t nasty, and I didn’t see trash piling up anywhere. Even the food area, which is usually where things get gross fast, was kept in decent shape.
The pools and slides looked like they were being taken care of too. It just made the whole day less stressful not having to dodge messes everywhere. No real complaints from me, and I’d go back.

I was really glad to see how closely the lifeguards were watching everything, like they weren’t just standing around, they were actually paying attention. It just made the whole visit feel a lot safer and more relaxed, which I appreciated

We had a really nice time here, mostly because everything was so close together. We just walked over from our hotel and didn’t have to mess with parking or sit through a long drive, which makes a huge difference with kids. There were food spots and other things nearby too, so the whole day felt stress-free. I kind of wonder if they planned it that way for families, because it really did make things easier.

We were actually happy with the lockers and changing rooms here, the lockers were simple to use and fit our bag, shoes, and towels without any trouble and the change area was clean when we went, it wasn’t too crowded either so that was nice. The floors were a little wet but that’s kind of expected at a waterpark, and it was just good having a spot that felt safe to leave our stuff while we were inside.

The ticket prices felt fair, especially for a full day out. The kids, well, they had an absolute blast, so I’d say it was money well spent.

I stopped by and place was okay, but floors looked kinda worn out. It just felt like it could use little more care and upkeep overall.

I booked the hotel package for our family trip, it ended up being worth it. The kids had such a great time at the waterpark that they didn’t want to leave. For everything that was included, the price felt fair, and I was glad we went with the package instead of booking things separately.

We had a really good time at Fallsview Waterpark. The staff were friendly and helped us find the lockers and, oh, the wristbands too because we were a bit unsure how those worked at first. One of the slide lines was kind of confusing for a minute, but someone came over and sorted it out quickly. Overall, it was a nice visit.

We had a decent time overall, but to me the water felt colder than it should have, especially in the kids area. My family still enjoyed themselves, so it wasn’t a bad visit, but I kept thinking we probably would’ve stayed longer if the water had been a bit warmer.

I tried it for the day and felt like it was worth what I paid. It wasn’t anything over-the-top, but based on the experience, the price made sense and I’d say it’s a good value.

We had a really good time here, honestly. There was, like, a nice mix of slides, the wave pool, little kid areas, and stuff for the older kids too. We didn’t get bored at all, we just kind of kept moving from one thing to the next. It’s a good variety and a easy way to spend a few hours.

I was expecting it to be way more crowded, but it really wasn’t. We barely had to wait for most of the slides, which was a nice surprise. I mean, for a place like this...

I called and they picked up fast, which was nice. Told them what was going on and they got it fixed without making it a whole big thing.
